Cancellation/Refund Policy
Public Cruises
If a public cruise does not have a minimum of eight passengers, there is a possibility that it will be cancelled. Please reserve prior to the cruise. If you have reserved twenty-four hours prior to the cruise you will be notified in the event of a public cruise cancellation.
In addition, from time to time, it is necessary for a cruise to be cancelled due to weather conditions. In the event this happens, the Captain will cancel the cruise and all monies returned.

Food and Entertainment Cruises
Cancellations must be by telephone or email. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the cruise will not be refunded. Cancellations received two (2) to six (6) working days before the event will be refunded at 90 percent.  If you cancel prior to six days from the time of the event, you will receive a full refund.  Cancellations received the day of the event will not be refunded. If you do not cancel and do not show at the dock, you are still responsible for payment. If the Pelican Breeze cancels an event or cruise, your entire amount on deposit or paid will be refunded in full.  It is always your responsibility as a passenger to become familiar with the refund policy.
